At least a Master's Degree in Environmental Health Science with Food Sanitation and Technology specialization,although a PhD would be preferred.To teach Food Sciences and Environmental Health courses to undergraduate students.

TERMS OF SERVICE

(i) LOCAL CANDIDATES

Permanent and pensionable service after successful completion of two years on probation; Recruitment and Retention Allowance, Housing Allowance and Medical Aid.

(ii) EXPATRIATE CANDIDATES

Two-year contract at a time, 25% at end of first contract, 27.5% for the second contract, and 30% for the third and subsequent contracts; 10% Inducement Allowance; travelling expenses paid on appointment and normal termination for appointee, spouse and up to 5 children under 19 years of age; biennial leave.
